Sustainability

All our packaging is eco-friendly, recyclable and reusable. We strive to be as eco-friendly as we can. We hope you appreciate our packaging and reuse when possible.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted purchases. If there is an issue with your order please get in contact. We do not accept cancelations for accidental orders.

Process Times

Please allow 4 working days process time. If you have any questions about process and delivery times please get in contact.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If the price of the delivery costs does not cover the actual cost of delivery we are unable to send your order. As a small business we are not able to do this as heavier orders can cost significantly more in some cases.

Damaged Orders

If your item has broken in transit please contact us immediately. We allow a 1 day grace period. Please take a photo of the broken item and the state of the packaging and we will aim to send out a replacement or refund if viable.

Lost Orders

If your order becomes lost in the mail please contact us. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for orders that have been attempted delivery.

Wrong Address

If your item has not been dispatched yet please contact us. If you have entered the incorrect delivery address we are not responsible for lost orders. If your address does not match the address checker in Royal Mail we cannot account for the mistake made even if you have used this address before. For international orders this also applies.
